Military installations can now reduce water consumption through Water and Energy Solutions

AWCP).  All bases, including naval yards, air forces bases and marine bases can reduce their water and energy consumption with WES turnkey programs.

"Water conservation and sustainability on US and foreign military bases," states Steven Witzig CEO of Water and Energy Solutions (WES), a privately owned Minnesota based family owned conservation business, "will be the single most important issue for not only the US military in the new century but in US military bases abroad".   &# audi 13;

Mr. Witzig goes on to say "The current global conditions guarantee that water which is the very lifeblood of any armed services must be con ferrari served if the military plans to succeed with their mission in the coming decades. Man cannot live without an adequate water supply. No army, navy or air force military on earth can succeed in its mission without an adequate supply of water!   Because of the age of the buildings on US and foreign bases and specifically the plumbing fixtures in these buildings many if not most are older than 40 years old. These obsolete fixtures leak and waste millions of gallons of water annually. The idea of conservation is extremely important because the same underground aquifers that satisfy the thirst of the military aston martin are shared with civilian governments."

Mr. Witzig points out that if just 7-10% of any military installations indoor water consumption was reduced millions of gallons of potable wa chrysler ter could be conserved and then redirected for other military uses.

The savings coming from deferring new and expensive infrastructure (water treatment plants, water towers etc) along with the subsequent reduced energy demands can save the American taxpayers many millions of dollars in reduced energy costs annually.

For the US military less indoor water needed in army, marine, naval and air force buildings located on US and on foreign territories mean's that the military's mission will succeed no matter what that mission is.

Reduced water consumption in existing government buildings and agencies like the Department of Defense (DoD) means less chemicals and less electricity needed to purify the water, and less water means a longer life for the huge turbines that transport the water. The amount of high electrical requirements of any city or military installation is directly tied to the amount of water that is being consumed by that city or installation. Not only would military installations conserve water but as the amount of water decreases so would the consumption of electricity and natural gas be reduced accordingly.

Replacing obsolete indoor water fixtures with new technologically advanced equipment that WES installs often has a ROI of less than twelve months.

Water and Energy Solutions has installed hundreds of thousands of fixtures in multi-family units in the states of Minnesota, Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio and would do the same in commercial buildings and housing units on military bases.

Water and Energy Solutions AWCP-military seeks to bring the military up to speed in water and energy conservation. Mr. Witzig states that this is a "perfect marriage" between private business and the US military. WES has brought and is bringing utility companies and commercial business into the 21st Century. Why not the most important institution in the United States of America?

There is no better investment for the DoD than updating these bases. In fact the DoD issued the following: Department of Defense INSTRUCTION NUMBER 4715.03 March 18, 2011  USD(AT&L) 2. PARTNERSHIPS b. DoD installations may enter into cooperative agreements with States, local governments, nongovernmental organizations, and individuals to provide for the maintenance and improvement of natural resources or conservation research on or off DoD installations. If pertinent to the mission, DoD installations may enter into interagency agreements with other Federal agencies for inventories, monitoring, research, minor construction and maintenance, public awareness, natural resources program support, conservation law enforcement, and other work that supports the DoD conservation program in accordance with section 1535-1536 of title 31, U.S.C. (also known as "The Economy Act" (Reference (ab))). ENCLOSURE 3 19 DoDI 4715.03, March 18, 2011

The average ROI on many of the WES programs is most times less than one year and there is an immediate payback as energy costs drops as water consumption is reduced.

Mr. Witzig is convinced that there is no place that WES cannot or should not go to conserve water for the US military.

Partnering with the US military offers the greatest opportunities here and abroad. As horrible as the water shortage is in parts of the US it is reaching catastrophic proportions in Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Australia. This fact could affect the US military's mission.     The programs developed by WES not only will work in the US but will work globally.  Therefore according to Witzig, the programs that WES has in the US will be imported to those approved governments with approved foreign militaries that respond positively to what WES is offering.

Water and Energy Solutions designs innovative and unique water conservation projects for utility companies, private business and entire municipalities and seeks to do the same for all branches of the US military both on US and foreign soil.

"We at Water and Energy Solutions (WES), Mr. Witzig concludes, knows that the military is the one department in all of government that understands the urgent need there is to conserve the supply of water."
